So help me, where's their road map? How fast have they been developing? Where's their communication? Did I just miss citCON? What's going on with the game? Where do I find all this information. especially since all the other systems needing to be added have been done a 1000 times.īut. I don't see why they couldn't release this in 1-3 years and continually add content and ships with their current financial models. There are honestly very FEW things this game needs to truly be a game, to enter a 'release' state. Polish out AI, add vanduul/vanduul war-force. They have been developing SC for what? 7 years? 8? And apparently they are around 10-20% complete. I saw another post here outlining where SC development currently is, and how much has yet to be added and I am soooooo depressed. And I feel like I'm finally catching the vision of SC a bit. With 3.15 coming and Medicare getting added, I'm really, really falling in love with this, it's awesome. I can break the law, and i can bounty hunt. I can mine, refine, deliver goods/products. Some kind of market mechanic to buy low/sell high. So, I'm getting hyped, they have the prime game loops running. And yet I wrote SC off for literal YEARS only to fire the game up during 3.14 and holy shit.
